If you want to order one, here's how it works (using all US dollars):
I've put a "Donations" button on the page, so you can just
use that to transfer me money through PayPal or credit card. If you
want to send a cheque, just email me
for a mailing address.
Here's how to calculate how much would be an appropriate donation:
The base cost of the booklet is about $3 per copy.
The postage to the US is $5 for one or two booklets, $6.50 for 3-4
booklets, and about $12 for 5-10 booklets. (The shipping within Canada
is about half of that, but for non-US orders please email ahead to
check exact postage.)
I would also appreciate a donation of $2-$6 per copy, depending
on your income, to help pay for research materials so that I can
keep doing this.
So, for example, if you wanted to buy 2 copies and make a $4.50 donation,
that would be $6 + $5 + $4.50 = $13.50, which is what you would
put into the "amount" box on PayPal.
If you use the "donate" button it will give you the option
of picking a shipping address, and there is a "comments"
box where you can put the number of copies you want and other relevant
notes.
